As the only school in Forsyth County to have a legitimate STEM program, FCHS continues to attract students from out of district on account of its ability to produce competitive university-ready graduates. This rigorous course requires students to maintain an overall GPA of 3.5 and a GPA of 3.5 in all STEM classes. The faculty is composed of 208 experienced teachers who are committed in helping their learners see it through. Forsyth Central High has a student population of around 2,000 and has student to teacher ratio of 16 students for every teacher.
