BUYER BROKERAGE FORM – This form empowers us (Say Yes Realty) to work for and represent you. The fee of $395.00 listed on this form is actually passed to the seller of the property. So we work for you for free (basically) and the seller pays us.

FINANCING EXHIBITS The form spells out the financing type that you will be using to secure a mortgage to purchase your selected property.

APPRAISAL CONTINGENCY FORM This form assures that the property you are purchasing will AT LEAST appraise at the amount of your purchase price. If the appraisal value comes in lower than your purchase price, the seller must lower the price to match the appraisal price, or re-negotiate the price to an amount that is acceptable to you.

EXAMPLE OF HOME INSPECTION REPORT Almost no home is going to be perfect (even new or recently built construction). Inspectors will usually discover some issues needing attention that the buyer and seller should be aware of. Any issues that we become aware of from this report, we can request that the seller fix by use of a “Amendment To Address Concerns.”
